Nefi was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, and made a life-changing move to the U.S. with his family at the young age of 9. Now fluent in both English and Spanish, Nefi has built a remarkable career in the Title Insurance Industry since he began in 2005.

With a deep passion for his work, Nefi has gathered extensive experience in examining and underwriting across various property types, including commercial, land development, farm and ranch, and residential properties. His career kicked off as a Landman/Examiner in Utah, and from there, he climbed the ranks, holding significant positions such as Vice President and Manager. These roles allowed him to gain invaluable insights into operations and underwriting.

Today, Nefi is the President and Partner of ENV Title, where he oversees operations and underwriting for a wide range of real estate transactions. His expertise covers land development, commercial, medical, multi-family, ranch, residential, and retail properties. Over the years, Nefi has successfully closed and insured billions of dollars in single, multi-site, and multi-state commercial and residential policies. One of his standout achievements includes insuring a record $97 million single site in Texas.

With thousands of transactions under his belt, Nefi is a proven leader in the Title Industry, driven by a commitment to its continued growth and excellence.
