Born in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico, Nefi moved to the U.S. at the age of 9 with his family. With a passion for the Title Industry, he has dedicated their career to being a resource for anyone who supports the growth of the industry. Nefi is a native bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, and has extensive experience in examining and underwriting in various fields, including commercial, farm & ranch, and residential properties.

Starting as a Landman/Examiner in Utah, Nefi has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the industry, including Vice President and Manager, where he gained experience in operations and underwriting. Nefi is now the President, and Partner of ENV Title, where he oversees operations and underwriting for various types of real estate transactions, including land development, commercial, medical, multi-family, ranch, residential, and retail properties.

Nefi has successfully closed and insured billions of dollars in single, multi-site, and multi-state commercial policies, with the single site record insured in Texas being a $97 million development. With thousands of real estate transactions successfully closed, he is a proven leader in the Title Industry and continues to support the growth of the industry as a knowledgeable and dedicated professional.

On a personal note, when he not taking care of furry friends or gaming, he enjoys spending time with his family, and close friends, exploring nature, and unwinding. He is a strong believer in making a positive impact in the world and using your talents to give and help those in need.

Born and raised in Texas, Gizelle is a small-town girl with a big personality and a heart for making people feel at home.  She was born in Dallas, TX and was raised in the RGV where she grew up embracing her Hispanic heritage and fluency in Spanish, which she now leverages as head of Business Development.

 Gizelle takes great pride in her work and gives her all to whatever the task is at hand.  Her many responsibilities range from digital marketing to event planning, but she always makes it a priority to ensure that every client is met with the warmest welcome and their needs are met throughout every step of the closing process.
